Purpurri is a free service for sending files: you upload them, we generate a link (or send them by email), and the recipient can download them within the stated validity period. No account is required.
By using Purpurri you accept these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the service. You must have the right to share every file you upload: you remain the owner of the content, we only host the transfer.
Don't use Purpurri to send illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, privacy, image rights), content that incites violence or hatred, malware, or material that exploits or endangers minors. We reserve the right to remove suspicious transfers and, where required by law, to cooperate with the relevant authorities.
Files remain available only for the period stated at the time of sending (14 days from sending, unless an extension is shown by the service), after which they are automatically deleted from our systems. We don't keep copies past expiry.
Purpurri is a free service provided as is. We do our best to keep it reliable and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The message, optional password, and any email addresses you enter when sending are used to complete the transfer and aren't public. If you choose email delivery, we keep the sender's and recipient's addresses linked to that transfer, for security purposes and to show you usage statistics for the service. The same applies to the email left in the "stay updated" form: it's kept so we can send you product updates. We don't sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may update these terms over time as the product evolves. The most current version is always the one published on this page.
